Well not really. There is a street in my home town that you would think should be a no-go zone but in fact is a utopia. This is because there is one gang on one side and another on the other side, and there is a long-standing truce between them. It is a nice place to live because dirtbags don't go there at night and no-one causes trouble. You can leave your house unlocked and the keys in your car because thievery is, shall we say, discouraged. What can we learn from this?
